About

At 29, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 triple-positive breast cancer. I had no roadmap, no one under 40 to relate to, and no clear place to turn for support or information. I had to learn everything on my own—treatment options, emotional support, and how to rebuild my life after cancer.

That experience became the foundation for Liv & Let.

Today, Liv & Let is more than a cancer resource. It's a trusted wellness hub for previvors, survivors, caregivers, and anyone who wants to better understand their body, reduce health risks, make informed decisions, and heal with both science and heart.

Whether you're navigating a diagnosis, supporting someone you love, focused on prevention, or simply striving to live a healthier, more intentional life, you'll find trusted resources, expert insights, thoughtful products, and a compassionate community to support you.

You don't have to navigate your health journey alone. My hope is that you'll find the knowledge, connection, and encouragement to move beyond surviving—and toward living with strength, confidence, and purpose.

The Mission

Reducing risk. Supporting healing. Reclaiming strength.

The Vision

Liv & Let exists to support survivors, previvors, caregivers, and families navigating the cancer journey and life beyond it.

Through a growing library of trusted resources, shared real-life experiences, blog storytelling, health and wellness events, and thoughtful gift-giving, we create space for education, healing, and connection.

Because no one should have to navigate this journey alone.
