WILDFIRE

I have been published and Liv & Let is an underwriter for the 2020 Family issue of Wildfire Magazine!

This issue is full of questions asked and answered as best we know how. Conversations with children – born and unborn, conversations with mothers, brothers, grandmothers, sisters, conversations with our partners. This issue is all about the many ways our breast cancer diagnosis has affected the people closest to us, often within the four walls of our very homes.

Big thanks to this issue's Underwriters! It is our privilege to honor the changemakers in our community; be sure to check them out within the issue: As We Are Now, Breast Cancer Portrait Project, Flat Closure NOW, FORCE, Infinite Strength, Liv & Let, Makemerry, Operation Ohana, Our MBC Life Podcast, Pink Me, Roots & Wings Foundation, The Boobie Queen Co., The Busted Tank, Valiant Lingerie, Well Beings Studio, and With Grace B. FROM APRIL - Founder, Editor-in-Chief | wildfirecommunity.org | December 1, 2020

Hi guys, I hope you're enjoying your publication day as much as I am and maybe you even have a little toast or Snoopy dance planned for yourself and your family tonight. Do it -- celebrate the win! You're published!

The response to the "Family" issue has been so warm and generous -- and also very affirming. These stories matter. If ever you had any doubt that your story was important, I hope today showed you how opposite the truth is. You telling your story literally makes the world a safer and better place for another young woman diagnosed after you. I say it a lot, but it is these stories that can make the difference between a traumatic cancer experience and an empowering cancer experience.

Thank you so much for helping me help them (and I hope the writing experience was healing for you as well).

Please continue to share about the issue on your social media channels. I appreciate it so much.

In the shop, the digital download of the issue as well as the print copy are available. This code provides a 15% discount for your loved ones: FAMILYISSUE
