Mind

THOUGHTS - Why is it that we always are able to focus on negative events before the positive. It’s amazing what your mind goes through after finding something unusual on your body - “it’s probably nothing” “it can’t be happening to me” “what do I do if it is something.” When your are provided with information about that unusual something, you’re mind continues to think - “ what do I do next” “how do I prevent it from getting worse” “how do I fight this” “what are people going to think of me” and then you decide to do something “how is this going to affect me”, “my family”, “my job” how will I feel” “will I be the same person.”
