Practical Tools

practical tools, checklists, and appointment guides

It’s been over ten years since my diagnosis, and along the way I’ve learned so much about navigating treatment, recovery, survivorship, and self-advocacy. Many of these are things I wish someone had shared with me earlier.

You shouldn’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Liv & Let has gathered these practical tools, checklists, and appointment guides in one place to help you feel more informed, prepared, and supported throughout your journey.

Download, save, or print these resources to bring with you to appointments, treatment days, recovery, and beyond.
